Will Jordan Watson Continue His Reign at YOKKAO 28?

Warriors never rest. They are continually put to the test, time and time again, to prove that they are the best. Jordan Watson YOKKAO World Champion -70KG[/caption] Jordan Watson was the first to be crowned the YOKKAO World Champion -70kg back at the 10th edition. During his reign as the inaugural YOKKAO world title holder, Watson lost the belt once to Sanny Dahlbeck at YOKKAO 12 before reclaiming it back almost exactly a year later at YOKKAO 18. Since then, Watson has managed to retain his title on another occasion against the tough Thai fighter, Sorgraw Petchyindee at YOKKAO 24 earlier in March. This coming 15th October, Watson will be put to the test once more when he faces a new opponent’s bid to become the new YOKKAO World Champion -70kg. The challenger? Pongsiri PKSaenchaimuaythaigym is a former Lumpinee Welterweight Champion at 147 lbs, and that speaks volume of his excellence in the sport of Muay Thai. Pongsiri fights out of the PK Saenchai Muay Thai Gym, which is a recipient of the coveted Lumpinee Stadium Gym of the Year award for 2016. This will be no walkover for Jordan Watson, but definitely an explosive fight to look forward to at YOKKAO 28. Watson will not be alone in his attempt to retain his YOKKAO world title. Fellow English fighter, Liam Harrison will be defending his YOKKAO World Title -65kg belt against a young and formidable German kickboxer, Kevin Burmester. Other confirmed fights in the lineup includes Superlek Kiatmoo9 vs Christopher Shaw, Jonathan Haggerty vs JA Kiatphontip, and Rungarai Kiatmoo9 vs Dan McGowan. The rest of the fight card for YOKKAO 27 – 28 will be announced in the following weeks. YOKKAO events at Bolton Macron Stadium have all sold out in the past, and Bolton Macron Stadium is again the place to be on 15th October 2017.
