Adds diversity to bag work!
I’ve been really happy with this wall mount bag as it keeps things interesting when doing bag work. I especially like it for throwing certain elbows (like spear elbows) and uppercuts (obviously) since a typical hanging heavy bag can be a little awkward to strike. I also like the resistance this bag offers, although it does take some getting used to before giving elbows/punches any sauce. This bag can hurt you with poor technique. It has been a great addition to my little home Muay Thai gym and has been a useful tool for sharpening my skills.
