YOKKAO Shipping Policy

At YOKKAO, every customer and every purchase matters. We strive to provide the best online experience by partnering with the best courier service in the respective regions to make sure that your purchases reach you in the most timely manner.

Processing & Shipping Time

Products in stock at our warehouses are typically shipped within 3 days. We ship directly from our EU warehouse to destinations within EUROPE with DHL or DPD. The estimated shipping time will be provided at checkout based on your selected carrier.

Pre-order items, as indicated on the product page, are generally shipped within 6 to 8 weeks. Yokkao is not responsible for courier delays.

Shipping Costs

During checkout, shipping costs will be calculated accordingly along with an estimated delivery date.

For all countries within the European Union (EU), there are no additional taxes or customs duties, as shipments remain within the EU single market. Shipments to non-EU countries (EEA and other nearby regions) may be subject to additional taxes or customs duties imposed by local authorities.

Customers are responsible for any additional import duties to non-EU countries and additional taxes imposed by local customs authorities for customized products. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be settled by the customer with the relevant customs authority.

Tracking Orders

You will be sent an update with the shipping information and tracking number for your order via email as soon as it is shipped. To monitor the status of your order, you can track it using this link: Track your order.

Undelivered Packages

In case of attempted delivery by the courier where the customer does not receive the package or the package is lost by the courier, Yokkao is not responsible for damaged packages or undelivered packages resulting from the courier's actions or the customer not receiving the product.
