The YOKKAOFit concept was first introduced in 2017 promoting HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts inspired by Muay Thai techniques together with a complete healthy lifestyle.
The workouts were put together by the YOKKAO Fight Team members like Saenchai, Manachai and Spencer along with our trainers. Consisting of cardio and strengthening exercises, YOKKAOFit workouts are ideal for both practitioners of Muay Thai as well as non-practitioners who want to experience the sport at home.
With the increased demand for home training resources due to the current gym closures, we decided to revamp YOKKAO Fit with a brand new concept to help our followers in their fitness development and goals.
In the coming days, we will cover a complete range of fitness tips and workouts presented by our team of fighters around the world. Spencer led the way with an intensive 20-minute burpee workout to kickstart the new YOKKAO Fit movement. Look out for more bodyweight exercises that you can perform at home with no equipment needed.

Burpee Complex workout! 🔥 . 20 minute EMOM (every minute on the minute) 10-15 reps per exercise, the remainder of time within the minuet is your recovery 🥵 . 📝 1️⃣ Chest to floor burpee 2️⃣ Navy Seal burpee 3️⃣ Tuck jump burpee 4️⃣ Squat hold burpee .
