How do I create an account?
Click the Shop Menu and select your country. Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site and click the Create an Account button. Fill in all of the required information on the form and click the Create Account button.
How do I edit my account information?
Click the Shop Menu, select your Country than click My Account link at the top right hand side of our site and sign in. On the account welcome screen, select Account Information, Address Book or Account Dashboard to add or modify your account information.
I forgot my password.
Click the Shop Menu, select your Country than click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site and sign in. Click the 'Forgot Your Password?' link next to the Login button and provide the email address associated with your account. Instructions for resetting your password will be emailed to that address.

When will my order ship?
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the My Account link the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation via e-mail when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information, and is based on several factors including the items ordered and the shipping method selected. Please see our shipping policy for additional information.
Do you ship to my country?
Please Click the Shop menu and select your Country. Add the item to your cart and click the Checkout button. The Yokkao Online Shops of each Country will not be available to ship to different Countries. Example: if you select the Yokkao online shop in Europe, the European Yokkao shop will not ship to USA.
Where is my order shipped from?
Please Click the Shop menu and select your Country. On the bottom right hand side of your site you will find the informations related to the Yokkao distributor.
When will my order be shipped and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. Do I have to pay for duties and taxes?
Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.

YOKKAO Shipping Policy
At YOKKAO, every customer and every purchase matters. We strive to provide the best online experience by partnering with the best courier service in the respective regions to make sure that your purchases reach you in the most timely manner.
Processing & Shipping Time
Products in stock at our warehouses are typically shipped within 1-3 days. We ship directly from our Republic of San Marino warehouse to destinations within EUROPE. Delivery times are based on selected shipping option as follow:
DHL, UPS: 1 to 4 days depending on the country
DPD: 3 to 5 days depending on the country
BRT: 1 to 2 days (only available for Italy)
POSTAL SERVICE: 5 to 12 days (recommended for outlying countries such as Russia, Ukraine, etc where UPS may be very expensive)

During checkout, customers can choose their preferred shipping option and shipping costs will be calculated accordingly along with an estimated delivery date. Note that we offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER €180 FOR SELECT COUNTRIES. Customers are responsible for any additional import duties or taxes imposed by your local custom authorities.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. YOKKAO RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange of size only within 14 days of purchase. All returns must be in original packaging, with all tags attached, or they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds whatsoever are admitted.
All exchanges will be at the discretion of YOKKAO. The shipping and handling cost are cover by the customer, the original cost of shipping is nonrefundable. All sales are final on personalized or customized products, clothing, shoes and personal items like hand wraps, groin protectors and mouth guards without exception. If you purchased your YOKKAO products from a third-party retailer, please contact them for any returns or exchanges.

All YOKKAO products carry a 30 day guarantee against manufacturing defects. YOKKAO warranty does not cover used, wear and tear or misused products. YOKKAO reserves the right to request the return of defective merchandise for inspection before approving a claim. Please consider to cover the shipping and handling cost. The item will be analyzed to evaluate if it is a manufacturing defect or a created damage. If the customer tries to fix up the product themselves, the warranty will be automatically lost. Previous of starting any warranty process we need to receive a copy of original receipt and a picture of the proposed manufacturing defect.

We will only warranty items purchased from www.yokkao.com.

- Credit/Debit Card: Online orders are payable on our secured server with Visa & Master Card.
- Paypal: During checkout, please select the Paypal payment option and you will be redirected to a Paypal page to complete your payment.
- Bank transfer: Only for wholesale orders (please provide us the bank receipt by e-mail)
All payments are processed through a secured server and no one will ever access your payment information as we don't store any credit cards informations.
